Refund Policy

Portal Route Grid does not operate an online checkout, cart, or in-browser purchase of products. Public pages, including the reading guide library, can be read without payment.

If you later agree by telephone or email to a custom written guide—an entry path, arc companion, event roadmap, or completeness sheet—the starting figures on the pricing page are estimates, not captured charges.

Should an agreed custom document be invoiced off this website, a refund of that separately arranged fee is considered only in these situations: the desk fails to deliver the promised sequence within the timeframe stated in the email confirmation; or the delivered document omits the arc or issue list that was expressly agreed in writing.

Refunds are not offered because you later disagree with a chronological judgment, because a retcon was published after delivery, or because a marketplace no longer lists an issue named in the guide. Reading order is an informed opinion, not a guarantee of collectible availability.

To request a review of an invoiced fee, call +66 2 555 2140 or email contact@portalroutegrid.click with the date of the confirmation message. We respond in English. If a refund is due, it is returned by the same off-site method used for the original invoice.

This policy does not create a store for Marvel comics, NFT drops, or software installers. Nothing is downloaded as a paid file from portalroutegrid.click.
